In this section I try to give the reader a basic introduction to the many metaphysical topics available. Hopefully over time I can expand on the articles to give you quick and easy access to the hidden spiritual side of life. Remember articles do not replace medical help, if unsure of a physical or mental issue always seek your doctor or medical professional. Please email me on any subjects you would like to learn more about and I will endeavour to write an article as soon as possible. Email me at spiritboy73@gmail.com
In this section we will explore how the Planets and moon effect our day to day life.
Even though most of us can’t see auras with our naked eye, it is a very important part of us. Everything has energy, from rocks, water, wood and even humans and animals. Energy cannot be destroyed only converted to another form. We use food to convert to energy for our body to survive and grow. When you begin to understand that we are not solid as we appear to be, the ways how energy affects us will become more apparent. On a subatomic level all of our atoms are moving all the time. Can you imagine how subtle energies will affect us? Let us look at a simple example, when the moon is full and the powerful gravitational forces between the earth and the moon are at the strongest. The Moon and gravity greatly affects tides which is in essence water and as humans we are between 60 and 80% water, so any solid reasoning would have us believing we would be affected as well, yet most of us are not aware of the moon influences on us. On a subatomic level an atom has mostly space between and around them. Electrons spin and move around a nucleus and bump into each other, this is the reason we appear to be solid but when you look into it, we are mostly space or air. So when you next poke your arm and your skin bounces back and you think you are solid, think again. A lesson in thinking outside the box and understand your reality is only your perception at the time or a condition of your training or schooling. Also when things appear dead or inert (e.g. Rock) they are still moving on a subatomic level and are energy. Everything has energy. Look at uranium when purified and tempered with man’s technology, it can release a huge amount of energy, when with a chain reaction, it atoms are split. Not a happy thought for nature, earth and us but a lesson on the power of energy for all.
Yes most certainly, we just spoken about effect of the moon on water for example. Wood when it set alight will burn to ash, it has converted from its basic form to one of carbon and gas and released heat, and it certainly has been affected. Energy is all around us even when we can’t see it. Energy can be felt as warm heat to our skin when we stand around a fire or even as gentle as breeze blowing through your hair. So I hope you can see that energy comes in all shapes and forms and it should open up your vision on how things can affect us even if some are a long way away.

Now I would to try and explain about the human aura. What is the aura? The aura is the main energy field that surround all things great and small. Any atomic structure or object has an aura or energy field around it. There are many energy fields that surround us and come from us that can be absorbed by the human body. Here are some of them, but not all - light, electrical, heat, sound, magnetic, thermal, and electromagnetic fields. All can be confirmed by solid factual evidence or measurements through existing sciences. The main one we will concern ourselves about is our body aura. The true shape of an unaffected human aura is elliptical or egg shaped and extends out between 2-3 meters in the average person. An effected or damaged aura can look shrunken and small with cracks and flaws affecting the energy of the person. Amongst the beliefs of many, is that we have more than one layer or energy field around our body. When we die we shed the physical level like old clothes that we no longer need. These other bands of energy connect us from the physical to spirit or the universe. These fields are usually known in this order as the physical, astral, mental, buddhic, spiritual, divine and finally the logoic plane. The physical is the densest and lowest, where we are now. It is possible when under duress or illness or NDE’s (Near Death Experience) that we can leave our physical bodies for a while to astral travel to anywhere we want. But the moment the body wakes we are dragged back into our physical body. People in comas and induced sleep often report roaming the hospital wards while the physical body is asleep in bed and they are looking down at themselves.
Children are usually very adept at seeing auras, until told or taught not to. Younger children’s art can show people and animals as different colours and shades as well as colours around heads and bodies. Children still seem to be connected to the spirit world until around 6 or 7 years of age. After all they are not too far out of the womb, their connection to the spirit world is still fresh and strong.
How do we personally weaken our own aura? They are many ways, but a few are, lack of sleep, poor diet, drugs, alcohol, smoking, consuming or applying toxic products (including some medicines and makeup), stress, no or little exercise, negative or self-limiting thoughts oreven unprotected psychic activity. There are of course many others and you can only imagine how they can impact your body. Our aura is only a reflection of how well our body is feeling. So it goes without saying the healthier and more you know yourself and understand your emotions, the larger and healthier is your aura. Physical mental and spiritual damage can also weaken our aura. It is believed the more advance spiritual masters and older souls (Past and Present) following their spiritual path on earth had much larger auras than most other people. This could explain why they can influence more people coming within their auric umbrella. The weaker or more damaged our aura field is, the more outside negative influences can will impact on our damaged field.
When we break an arm, cut ourselves, or even not sleeping well, damage will affect our aura or energy field, usually around the area concerned.
Negative and self-limiting thoughts will often stop us from achieving much in our life. This will in effect, damage the energy field and can in the long term, keep us sick by turning the mental symptom’s into a physical form.
As we develop psychically, our sensitivities and awareness are increased, this allows us greater chance to damage our aura energy from others unless we protect ourselves. Drawing unwanted negative energy from others over a period of time can certainly make you sick and will definitely impact your life and health. Often the type of people you hang around is the type you become. Spiritual damage can take on many shapes and forms and can come from a variety of sources.
Learn about how energies affect us. We all have energy fields surrounding us and by getting close to other people we inter-react with their fields. Ever seen on how in a riot or a crowd of unhappy people how anger and violence builds up as the crowd gets bigger. A similar but more positive happier energy is at work when a comedian works an audience up to hysterical laughter, we are picking up on everyone else's laughter, through our interacting energy fields. The more you learn about energy and how it works the more intuitive you can become. When I read for someone I am picking up their energy field and that is how I can connect with them to help. Because our bodies give off and absorb energy constantly, every time we come into close contact with another person, an exchange of energy occurs. The more people that we react with the more we exchange energy. Everyone’s energy fields are different, usually the more imitate you are to someone else the more comfortable you will feel with them. The opposite holds true, if the fields are totally different you will certainly feel uneasy around them or worse. The instant feeling of liking or feeling uneasy around new people is a direct inter reaction of our auric fields. A common form of energy drain is from other people who are stressed, unconfident, negative in nature. Have you ever had an experience where you meet someone, they are usually not feeling well or unhappy and when they leave, you feel drained and low in energy, but the other person is often bouncing around off the walls and feeling much better. Well we call these people emotional vampires as they suck all your good energy out of us and if you allow edit and leave you flat and low in energy reserves. Often these people don’t realise what they do or even how they do it. This is one good reason why we need psychic protection, to guard against these attacks. On the opposite side of the coin, there is a chance when you meet someone positive that you come out feeling on top of the world and with mutual positive thoughts and clarity, the auras can have equal energy exchange and get a top up from the universe at the same time. Negative or damaged auras will drain us and positive ones can enlarge and lift us. Now hopefully you can understand why protection is so important, especially when we are using our psychic abilities.
The human aura is always larger outside when in direct contact with the earth and elements (grounding). Our natural connection with the earth has changed in the last 150 years with the industrial revolution pulling more people into the cities and away from the land. Leading long term to people getting more and more stress when they can’t ground themselves like they once did. The effect of nature and the four elements is nourishing to the human energy field or aura because we resonate at same frequency. When walking through the rainforest or bush walks I always feel the refreshing energy from mother-nature. “Have you ever heard of a rainforest robbing people’s energy? No, but everyone has heard of hugging a tree makes you better.”The four elements of water, fire, air and the earth can easily transform our aura into a stronger and more potent field. These four elements in moderation can help strengthen our fields. Any excess such as feeling the effects of a cyclone, getting sunburnt or near drowning will not help our energy field at all and will hold the opposite effect. When you are sick on a cold winter’s morning, just getting outdoors on the grass with sunshine warming you, is a true blessing. It connects us to the earth and nature. Getting outside your drab four walls of your room and sitting in the park or around a lake, can recharge you and have such a positive effect on your aura. Activities such as walking barefoot on the beach also enlarge and boost our auric field, so get outside if you feeling down and miserable. It might just give you that bit extra of zing to get you back on track.
These days we can get a little self centered and absorbed too much in ourselves with our busy life schedules. A great way to help with karmic effects and make ourselves happy is to donate or help those less fortunate. Knowing that you have done your little bit to help and put a smile on someone’s face is eternal. Consider where you can help in your little part of the world, it doesn't take much but can make a massive help if we all give. Even giving a smile to a fellow human being can change their day. Be kind and considerate, every little bit can make all the difference. Steve
A local charity officer realized that his organization had never received a donation from the town`s most successful solicitor. The charity officer called him to help persuade him to contribute. "Our research shows that out of a yearly income of at least $1.7 million, you do seemed to give a penny to charity. Would you like to give back to the community in some way?"
The lawyer mulled this over for a moment and replied, "First, did your research also show that my mother is dying after a long illness, and has medical bills that are several times her annual income?" Embarrassed, the Charity worker mumbled, "Um ... no."
The lawyer interrupts, "or that my brother, a disabled veteran, is blind and confined to a wheelchair?"
The stricken charity worker began to stammer out an apology, but was interrupted again. "or that my sister`s husband died in a traffic accident," the lawyer`s voice rising in indignation, "leaving her penniless with three children?!"
The humiliated Charity worker, completely beaten, said simply, "I had no idea..."On a roll, the lawyer cut him off once again, "So if I don`t give any money to them, why should I give any to you?"
Feng Shui has become quite popular with the western world in the last decade or two. It is based on thousands of years of ancient Chinese living, and was and still practiced by many of our Asian counterparts. It is a way of blending your life into seasonal changes and take advantage of the most optimal way to live our lives. Feng Shui can be used through all parts of our life, from enhancing our house or unit to using it to enhance our relationships. Strongly believed by practitioners to help us in all areas of our life andit is believed the more you do, the better your luck, wisdom and prosperity. The basis of Feng Shui is to alter or use your environment to feel at peace with the universe. By using these principles your luck, life and health should be much better. Many buildings being built today incorporate aspects or some principles of Feng Shui. Principles of Feng Shui.In Chinese ‘Feng’ means wind and ‘Shui’ means water, and the ancients saw these two elements as the link between heaven and earth. Also to the believers, these elements also carry the invisible life force called Ch'i. Ch'i literally means 'the breath of life' and to ensure abundance and good fortune it was important to link both flow of the wind and water with the interaction of land and buildings. Ch'i works on all levels within us and with Mother Nature. It is believed if ch'i is stagnant in us, we will be but a poor and sick relation to those that use their ch'i well. By using our life force in the proper way, it enables us to live a full life with prosperity, but if your ch'i get stuck or has limited movement, our life will reflect this. The Chinese believe that there were three kinds of luck in life, the luck you make yourself (Ren Choy) and the luck that was given by heaven at birth (T'ien Choy) and lastly the earth luck (Ti Choy). We cannot change the Heaven luck but we can certainly change the Ti Choy and the Ren Choy. The ancient Chinese positioned houses and palaces in the most optimum places so both the luck and life energy would flow the best. When that was restricted or blocked so was their luck in life. Many things such as which direction your door faces and if your front door and back door allowed for the energy or ch'i to flow straight through and away from you became very important. These are only the basis of a few of their principles. There are many good books of Feng Shui for those that would like more information, remember keep your Ch'i sharp and your life will move, but have it blocked and so will your life.
In this quick three part article, you can start to learn about how to mediate and calm yourself. By doing meditation regularly you can start to clear your mind and unclutter your life. Meditation is about an inner journey that is both personal and enlightening. It allows us to reach in and communicate with our most inner spirit, soul or essence, allowing us, if we are persistent, to view the world and people around us in a different way. Through regular practice daily, you can open your channel of guidance and energy. The longer and more often you practice the deeper and more relaxed you will become. In the beginning the logic part of your mind will try to take over and hijack your experience. When this happens, acknowledge it and release your conscience from those day to day worries and concentrate for example on your regular deep breathing.
The funny thing about meditation is that it’s really simple and straight forward, but can be hard for most of us when we try to put it in practice. The simple fact is the mind or brain doesn't like to lose control of the body. It is so used to it running our body, thoughts and habits that it feels threatened when put to the background. It fears for itself and fights for survival. That's why when under stress via work, financial or other pressures, we cannot get to sleep or relax as the mind goes into overtime, evaluates and won’t quieten down. All of us at some point in our lives have had this trouble with our mind and thoughts racing without us having a switch to turn it off. Meditation when practiced regularly calms the mind and allows us to go into the real inner space inside to get the answers we need that logic or the mental mind cannot give us in its confused state. It been proven scientifically that regular mediation is good for our body and mind and clears the worry, stress and clutter of day to day life. A short meditation properly focused can nearly be as good as a full night’s sleep.
There are many and varied. Even when we daydream we have a form of meditation that takes the mind and logic away for a while. Remember it’s all about calming the mind to find the inner peace. For now try this one first to get started.
Wow what an interesting and explosive subject. It is a field so vast and defiantly exploited by Hollywood and horror novels for so long. Even now there is on the cinemas screen is another paranormal movie, about things that go bump in the night. Obviously Hollywood and her directors never get anything wrong :) do they? We should have a base from which to start this discussion. The ghost or earthbound spirit should never be mistaken for your spirit-guide or visits from your angels or helpers. My beliefs are that ghosts or earthbound spirits have a reason why they haven't crossed over to the spirit and remain tied around the place or places where they had an unresolved issue, passion or fear. They will feel so strongly about a place or events that happened in their life that when that person dies or passes away instead of going to the light or spirit world they will remain in limbo between the physical world and spirit world thinking they are still alive. They feel they need to stay in order to change something or get someone to notice them. In other words they refuse to accept death (we have free will even in the physical death) to go back home to spirit and then they can get caught in an endless cycle of experiencing the event over and over again. Take for example someone has been murdered or wronged by someone, the earthbound spirit will want whoever hurt them to be brought to justice. They will try to connect to anyone they feel can to bring justice for them. Often the earth bound spirits may not realise that they have passed especially if they died suddenly or unexpectedly. Most earth bound spirits are harmless and sooner or later will cross over to the light as all souls are loved and cared for by their guides and the spirit world. Usually these earth bound spromote themselves to sensitive people either annoyingly, scary or in a lost manner. There are various ways to move them on, with prayers and connecting with them and sending them to the light to meet friends, sage, helping them move on with sprays to clear the house of any negative energy. If you feel you have this issue, I would strongly suggest to employ someone to help clear your home or space. A person knowledgeable who can help the incarnate spirit move on. Clearing houses is a specialized knowledge and will usually helps the household to getting back to normal. Some earthbound spirits can take several visits to help them move on, depending on how strong their attachment is to the area.
Often when you move into an old house, you can notice things moving or falling off the shelves. Things such as noises and scrapping in the middle of the night, lights and electrical gear turning on and off. These can be sign that you have earth bound spirits at your location or maybe even a deceased relation trying to get your attention. Children can sometimes get scared because of their ability to see spirits easier than most people. Children up until about the age of 7 can see spirit well, after all they have just come from the other side when they were born into this physical world.
I know of a friend who moved into an old Queenslander (two story wooden house) with a girlfriend and her daughter and grandchildren and were immediately bombarded with things falling off shelves, TV turning on in the middle of the night, windows opening and various other events, all usually happening when everyone went to bed. The daughter felt the spirit tickling her toes and the kids saw the woman spirit who they say tried to lead them away with lollies. Some people seem to attract the earthbound spirits more than others in the house and usually one part of the house will have more activity than the rest. Also never, never play with Ouija boards or the like as without protection as you can draw in all manner of low negative energy and spirits. Like a lighted beacon to moths, you will draw them in for miles. The same goes for taking drugs or excess alcohol constantly as these will lower your protection and draw in negative energies. Often an energy will pervade a location where a major event or trauma happened many years previously. For example around old battlefields and murder scenes, places where people passed over quickly and savagely. These areas can feel odd and depressing and it is my belief they can still hold residual negative energy from that event. Sensitive people without protection can almost go into a head spin and suffer depression in these areas. Places such as these will hold this energy for many years. I've just watch a short video on U-tube which summed up the felling of why I do what I do. The video was when the John Edward the medium was reading for Anderson Cooper (a talk show host in the states). Obviously true mediums like John Edward are scarce and the amount of information he can obtain for the ones left behind, is truly remarkable. What are mediums? True mediums have the ability to be able to raise their vibration to bridge the gap between our own dense physical world and the lighter spirit world. The mediums are the phone or communication link between the two worlds. They can give hope and messages to those left behind when loved ones pass over to spirit. This ability to communicate with the passed ones, is often misunderstood by a lot of the general public. Sceptics while necessary, usually have a hard time believing what they can’t see or feel, and often lash out at anything they see as a hoax or false. While most psychic and mediums accept the work of sceptics, the attacks often can feel can feel one sided. Some seem to lash out and label everyone as frauds or money grabbers because they do not understand or know what the intuitive feels or senses. In my own case I actually lost money and time over the years to do this job and help people shattered by loss. My goal is to help people when they are ready to be helped. In any walk of life there will be unscrupulous people, word of mouth is usually the best way. I know in my heart and soul, that what I do helps and guides many souls on their way in life. Like John Edward says in the interview if after a medium reading he leaves people in a better spot with a smile and a positive outlook going forward, then he has done his job .To me that is the greatest reward. Anyway have a good week and enjoy yourself.
Remember be kind to others and smile. For a psychic reading book here.
Before reading this section it is important you have an understanding of our energy field or auras. Please read ‘Auras- the Body’s Energy Field’ as it will make it easier to understand how other people and their energy can affect us.
So depending on the time spent with and the people around you, the different auras of others will build up in us in a positive or a negative way. When you understand the basic concepts of auras and energy exchange, it should become quite apparent why we need to protect ourselves from negative or bad energy from either intended or unintended sources. I suggest you try and use several methods to protect your valuable energy.
For those that have studied body language, this should be familiar. When you’re in a room with people or standing in front of a person that you want to protect yourself from, try crossing your arms and legs if possible and try not to face directly towards them. Stand or sit pointing away from them. Most shy people will practice this ability without realising it. Really they are saying, stay away from me I don’t want to interact with you. Whether or not you realise, we all use body language to close off or open up to others depending on your situation. You would not use the closed off position if you were going for a job interview, you would probably practice the opposite if you wanted the job. When I read for people in one to ones, they are opposite and facing me, this opens them up so I can help them. People who cross or hold their arms are hard to read. They are automatically blocking their energy from me.
All people using their intuitive abilities (which is everyone, whether they understand it or not), should practice psychic protection. At a basic level it will stop other people using your energy unless we want them to. Psychics, nurses, medical staff, salesman and anyone in large offices or in the healing fields should learn this valuable art. Stress, feeling unwell, worn out and being run down are all signs of people robbing your energy or being around sick persons. Being around dysfunctional relationships, sick or depressed people or anyone dealing with a lot of people should learn aura protection. We as humans seem to want to control everything to the ninth degree, so it only natural that if you are feeling down and someone else around you is happy, why not get some of their energy and put a smile on our face! It’s an automatic response.
One of the biggest problems when you open your psychic ability is the increase of your sensitivity to any energies around you. This can be difficult to deal with initially. Things such as headaches, feeling sick, exhausted or a lack of energy are a sure sign of someone robbing your energy. Protection should be the up most in your mind and done regularly.
I believe this to be one of the most efficient ways to protect yourself. To be used every morning, before work, at lunch and before going out at night, in other words anytime you are meeting other people. Over time when practised regularly it only takes a few seconds to protect yourself.“Rest in your mind’s eye and establish a regular meditative breath, calm and centre yourself. Now after maintaining a quiet moment and space in your mind, visualize in your mind a light breathable mirrored suit of armour reflecting all energy and light away from you. Make sure its goes all round and under you, leave no place where energy can get through. Every time someone comes to drain or change your energy see their attempts bouncing of your suit of armour and head back to them with loving thoughts. Picture arrows of negative energy hitting your mirrored suit and heading back to the owner as converted love. Just rebound their arrows back with love, and make their day and yours a lot better.”
Very similar to the mirror armour but as you mediate imagine one or theother completely surrounding you as protection. Picture the negative energy bouncing off your shield converting to love on the way back. Doing this regularly will keep your protection up against all the energy robbers.

Spirit guides and angels are our connection to the spirit world or source. They are there to help us through us this life. They can be our relations who pass over or higher energy beings that care and nurture us. You must ask for help or protection from them in order for them to help us. They are experts at what we go through in life and are there (if allowed) to help us. Remember they cannot help us unless we ask for it. Before I read for someone I always ask for a ball of protection from my guides to surround us in the reading room and by doing this I connect to my client and their guides to bring out any information for their greater good. Remember the guides are there to help. All though our life, different guides will come and go as we move through different crisis's and situations. I believe most people have 2 to 3 guides with them all the time and though they may change through our life they are always with us when called upon. Guides are our experts on life in this world and they will try and steer us on our life path that we have chosen before coming down to this physical world.
Burning good quality incense and sage is a great way to chase away negative or bad energy in your aura or surrounds. White Sage has been used for eons by the Native American Indians for protection. The clearing of houses and areas of unwanted spirit activity and energy will often make use of sage. The sage burnt around your aura and your home and work place(if allowed), will clear any unwanted dark energy. Sometimes this might take several attempts, but if practiced regularly, will help clear you, your home and work area. There are several types of sage, use the one the best suits you. In an enclosed room the fumes can be too much for some people at first, so initially burn it for a short time and then build up to longer times. Incense is also a great way to make your environment smell nice and refreshing and be protective at the same time. Incense is available in many varieties and forms for all different applications. Rose essence mixed with water is a great also at getting rid of unwanted energy's, just by spraying it in the air will help clear the area and allow the area to smell nice as well.
Best done with another person helping, but can be done by yourself. Starting from the feet work your way up the body, making sure you go through the legs. Around the body, and on top. This exercise is effective if practiced regularly say once a week or fortnight or whenever you feel you need it.
Certain flowers and essences can open up and protect our auras. Lavender mixed with water is a great comforter and has a calming effect on most people. Be watchful and ask if others are allergic to certain essences before using.
There are many ways to reinvigorate your aura after it has suffered damage. Just in day to day activity’s around people or in stressful situations our aura can suffer. Having a relaxing holiday away from work, especially in nature is one way a lot of us should do more often. Spiritual healers and psychics use some of these techniques, again use the ones that work for you. So don’t be afraid of experimenting till you find the one that suits you the best.
Often during stressful days at work we can come home frazzled and dazed. One of the simplest and best ways to remove a lot of negative or bad energy from others is to have a good old fashion shower. A bath is better, especially if you can lay and let the water take away the rubbish or dross that has stuck to you during the day. The hair especially is a trap for unwanted energy, so makes sure it gets a good wash. A lot of women for example don't like washing their hair at night and so they sleep with all with all of the day’s rubbish from others. This can be another reason why people find it hard to sleep and are restless in bed. You wouldn't take your dirty smelly bin to bed, would you, and you certainly would not be to sleep well with the smell of rotten rubbish around you so I suggest you shower and change clothes as soon as you get home.
Crystals have the ability to absorb and amplify different frequency or energies. Holding double terminated crystals while resting or mediating will increase your aura field. The pointed end will draw good energy into our aura and balance us. Crystals work on different frequency’s to help restore our energy auras. Different crystals work with different parts of us to heal and recharge and balance those areas. The easiest way to start out is to relate them the colours of your chakras. Blue crystal with the blue throat chakra. Clear quartz can be used just about anywhere and is a very common crystal. Quartz is silicone and has been used in the early days to make crystal radios as the crystal absorbs and amplifies the radio signal. Silicon chip or quartz crystal is the cornerstone of modern computers and this should show you how important they are to the human race.
Using traditional reiki or spiritual healing can realign our energy centres and allow energy to start flowing properly again. Depending on the type, frequency and the healer, will point to how effective this treatment will be. A good healer can identify what is needed, where and charge up your tired system. Regular and ongoing healing would ensure the best option for maintaining our auric field at maximum health.

Some massage and energy movers can really have a positive effect on our physical bodies, by realigning and strengthening our auras. By moving old stale unwanted energy and spiritually shifting it out of us they can change our moods to make us feel healthier.
Over a period of time, reacting with others auras can leave us feeling burnt out and dirty with negative debris clinging to our aura. A simple two minute exercise will greatly help restore and cleanse our aura. Sitting or lying down, gradually slow your breathing and start relaxing your muscles, leg and arms. Mediation music can help you achieve regular slow breathing. Now in your mind’s eye visualise about 5-10 meters above your head, a sucking clean vortex of golden white energy spinning up and out like a personal gentle tornedo. Slowly lower the vortex down to cover all of your aura and body, visualize all the dirty murky bits getting sucked up the vortex like a vacuum cleaner. As the dirty dribs go, imagine fresh new white light and energy filtering down the centre of the vortex. With each moment your aura is being purified and refreshed. When you feel the aura clean gradually come back to ground yourself in the room. This exercise if practiced regularly will greatly help you maintain your vital energy levels.
I will touch briefly on auras and chakras as they are a subject unto themselves. Auras and chakras all link into the body's energy system. Energy healing and other spiritual modalities use the chakras to realign and balance our bodies, so energy flows smoothly and constantly. When energies get blocked in the body by a major or continuous events, though thingsas anger, grief, sorrow or negativity the chakras will get stuck. Physical illness and stress and other signs of sickness will always follow sooner or later if left unattended. The seven Chakras have universal recognized colours associated with them. Auras and soul colours are not the same as chakra colours, as we are all unique and at different stages of soul development in spiritual terms. Some people are naturally gifted at seeing the different colours of auras in people. Some of us can either see partial auras or feel them as well but most need eye exercise practice in order to see or sense any. Kiernan photography is another way to electronically see and experience the body’s auras colours. Anyone who has been to a psychic fair will have probably seen the cameras in action. It will primarily focus on the head and shoulder area and show the colours around us. Because everyone is unique, different colours will show up on individuals. Below these primary colours are indicative of our character or personality’s strengths and talents, most of us have a mix of a few colours, just like in life. The colours in the aura field normally have different shades and positions around the body. Colours can be uplifting or downright depressive, attracting or repulsing. Remember our aura field is a sign of our physical and emotional body. There is much to be said about our own thoughts moving us forward or sabotaging us in life.
Red: This colour is all about passion, excitement, sexual energy and strength. Too much or a murky red can indicate an imbalance of temper and aggression.
Orange: Orange is a warm, comforting and creative. Social and joy are positive attributes. Dark orange or murky can represent greed, worry and vanity issues.
Yellow: The mental colour yellow represents our thinking processes. It can indicate wisdom, learning and openness. Dark yellow or murky can represent depression or indicate too much activation of the mind and over analysing things leading to more stress and worry.
Green: The colour of healing, sensitivity, compassion, friendliness and abundance. Dark green or murky can represent miserliness, jealousy, controlling or mistrust.
Blue: Colour of quiet and calm, devotion, seriousness and truth fall under its banner. Dark blue or murky can represent blocked ideas, excess worrying and oversensitivity.
Purple/Violet: The colour of blending of the physical with the spiritual, humanity, intuition and independence. Dark Purple or murky is about misunderstanding, overbearing and intimidating. Pink: The colour of purity, compassion and love. A reflection of love and companionship. Murky pink can reflect immaturity or a lack of truthfulness.
Gold: Represents spiritual energy and a strength in one’s power, devotion and true harmony. Dark gold or murky can be a sign of emerging awareness, a work in process so to speak. White: White has a combination of all the colours. In strength it is truth and purity and awakening of creativity.
Grey: A colour of unveiling hidden abilities. The energies are usually are in the field of illumination, intuition and creative juices. Dark greys can be physical imbalances, especially next to organs or areas in the body.
Brown: New growth and laying of roots. On the negative can indicate need to clean the chakras or energy centres or health issues.
Black: Is a strange colour. On one hand it can represent the person is protecting their aura but is also be an indication that someone is hiding something. Black can also mean that imbalances or holes in the aura. Effects of sexual, mental or other forms of abuse can lead to a ripping of the aura which will leak energy which can be hard to fix. It is a result of the conscience being ripped out of the physical body during the abuse, this is a reason why abused victims can often can forget much of the abuse or block the memory.
Summary: It has my experience that anyone practicing psychic development and not protecting themselves will sooner or later get hit with bad negative energy. Try different techniques and use the ones that feel right or work for you. A lot of people will use more than one form of protection, so try a few. These are only some of the techniques for protecting your energy. Remember, experiment till you find the one that works for you. Good Luck
What a big name for something we can all do with varying degrees of success. Psychometry is the art of reading information or energy from objects. We often use psychometry in our psychic development workshops to show people how easy it is to read energy from them. OK we should start from the basics. All objects living or dead have energy or fields around them. These fields vibrate at different frequencies. When we hold an object or have a person close to us we can and will pick up their energy. This is one of the main ways we can feel something about an object or person (for example how they are feeling or if we like themeven). For more information about energy fields and auras please look at Aura’s - the Body’s Energy Field There are two main energy's usually surrounding an object. The first is the energy of the inanimate object and the second the energies of the person or persons that have come into contact with it.
For arguments sake let’s use a piece of jewellery, say a necklace. This necklace has it primary energy but also has the owner’s energy that wears it. The energy that is usually easier to sense or read is the stronger one. If the lady who wears it, has it on her 24/7 and has been wearing it for 5 years it should have a very strong footprint of the lady's energy. From these energies using some or all of your senses, sight, touch, taste (psychically), smell, intuition, hearing you will start getting impressions from the necklace. By placing it in your hand and feeling it, images or other sensations should start coming to you. By the way it is always easier if you can find a quiet spot and do a mediation before psychometry, for it is easier to perceive and sense when you are in this relaxed state. Have a piece of paper to jot down all the impressions and anything you sense or feel about the object or person. You will be amazed at what you can pick up. Always ask the person permission before doing any readings for often you can pick up embarrassing or personal details they may not want bought out into the open. The more you try psychometry the better you will become. Remember it always easier to read an object when you don't know who it belongs to and the ego doesn’t come into it. Always ask for feedback if you can from the owner and you will be amazed at the results. All the best, have a go.To learn psychometry from one of my Cairns personal workshops book on Spiritual & Intuitive Awareness Workshop
Well I remember when I first came to Cairns in the early 80's and our lovely landlady June would every Saturday morning with her husband Sam, come to collect all the units rent for the week. Well Sam would be up one end of the units getting rent and June would be down the other end with us reading our cups. You see Sam being the dominant husband as was usually the case in those days, absolutely refused to let June do any gypsy magic as he called it. This didn't stop June, originally coming from somewhere in southern Europe near Yugoslavia where she inherited and learnt her talent in tea cup divination. She was uncanny in getting details of my early life in Brisbane as well as things that no one else could know. She seem to know the exact moment Sam was heading back to our unit with his takings and immediately she would stop the reading and we would have to wait for next week to find out more about us. Sam never caught her to the best of my knowledge, she was always one step ahead of him. Well June and her husband passed away many years ago now, but I often think about June's uncanny knack of reaching into my past. June was my first introduction into tea reading and she led me from a total unbeliever and sceptic into a converted follower. Well last year, many years after June Passing I decided I needed to pass along some of the knowledge I have learnt on my travels. My book "The Coffee Guru" is a true tribute to the many June’s over the years who have read our leaves and bettered our lives for it. The book contains a knowledge section on symbols and keywords and several themes on how to read your cup. The book is a great fun source left on your coffee table which will fuel discussion for many years with your family and friends. A great enjoyable way to enjoy a favourite brew and look into the future.

Palmistry or Cheirosophy can be broken into two parts. Cheirognomy is the science of reading character or traits from the shape of the hand and fingers. The second part is Chiromancy the art of reading habits and actions, past, present or future from the palm and lines on them. For our part, palmistry will cover all parts of the reading. The hands and palms are broken down to different types and cover things such as shape, hardness and where lines appear and don't appear. Palmistry is as old as the hills, some say it came from ancient Egypt others from Asia and China. Palmistry as we know it, combines all parts and is quite a complex art, although in saying this there are a few things you can learn that will nearly always start a conversational piece at parties. Like any art, there are always difference of opinion over the correct definition and meanings of the lines. No two palms are the same, just like fingerprints we are all different. For right hander's the right hand is the hand of the fate or future, the left holds emotions and what was foreseen at birth. The opposite is true if you are left handed. The main lines in the hand are the heart line, life line and the fate line.

As a resource for learning to read tarot and understanding the symbols and layouts, I recommend my "Learning to Read the Tarot." Which I use in all my workshops. It is full of information and knowledge and can be used right from the beginner all the way to experienced tarot reader. I have modernise the meaning of the cards and the book uses the common Rider/Waite pack.

To those of you starting your spiritual journey or the others that are looking to augment their portfolio of skills, tarot cards represent a wise investment. Most people think of the cards as some mystical objects, along with the reader who may or may not impart wisdom and knowledge of your life. Often this can be far beyond what they should know or understand. In truth the reader use these colourful pieces of cardboard to tap into his or her intuition and bring knowledge and guidance from beyond the physical veil.
The oldest set of hand written tarot card/s that still exist today are from 1420’s, originally commissioned by royalty in Italy at that time. In those days ordinary people would have had no access to cards of wisdom. Before the printing press, the cards were hand painted and works of art, thus only the rich probably would have had access to them. As for the origins of tarot, the truth is nobody knows for certain. Some say ancient Egypt, other China or Asia, others think it may have been the gypsy fortune-tellers who roamed throughout Europe and Asia in the middle ages. The truth is we will probably never know. What matters is the tarot is widely available now in both variety and sizes to suit most.
Most Tarot packs have 78 Cards, 22 are called the Major Arcana, and these are the most vibrant of the deck. (Arcana means secrets) When they appear, usually something big is happening around the querient (the person you are reading for). From the rest of the 56 cards the Minor Arcana, 16 are Court cards “kings and queens etc.” and 40 are ace to 10 in 4 different suits. The common 52 cards used today through poker and the likes is thought to originate from the tarot. The joker is thought to have come from the tarot’s fool card. Some European countries still use tarot packs as common playing cards throughout the population.
Now to address some common questions and fallacies of the tarot. One of the most common ones I hear people ask, is it true that someone else should buy you a set of cards? Even though this is stepped in tradition, I believe that you and only you should pick the set that appeals to you. After all you are the one that is going to be using them for years, you should at least like them. I have talked to numerous clients who have had packs brought for them, most detest or at the very least dislike the packs and feel uncomfortable using them. So as this serves as a deterrent to learning, these unwanted packs sit in a corner and gather dust.
The next question usually asked is, what is the most common pack that everyone uses? Well the most common is the Rider/Waite pack. The cards were originally published in December 1909 by the publisher William Rider & Son of London. The cards were drawn by the artist Pamela Colman Smith from the instructions of the mystic A. E. Waite. Arthur Waite commissioned Pamela Colman Smith to draw new imagery for the 78 cards that veered away and toned down the Christian images on the cards of the day. It a shame she isn’t recognized more with the tarot as she did a superb job on the illustrations. The pack that I recommend for my students starting out is this one in a Radiant brand because they are more colourful and vibrant. But if you see something else that grabs your eye, buy them and try it. If you’re allowed, a friend may lend you theirs, to try them, to see if they suit you.
One of the other common question asked is anybody else allowed to touch the cards besides the reader? I know of some professional readers that won’t let anyone touch their cards. The reader splits them and shuffles them for their client. It is true to say for example in phone readings, where you are reading for absentee person who are physically not there, that you would shuffle the cards for the client. But if I am with the client I am reading for, I always get them to give the pack a big shuffle. I believe this imparts their energy on the cards so I can get a better upstanding of their needs. The next question I will deal with today is how to remember and learn the 78 meanings? Well like anything else in life, if we want to be good at anything we have to practice. What I recommend in my classes is at whatever time that suits you every day, sit down and have your coffee or tea and learn a different card. Another way of doing this every morning is to pull out a card to represent how your day is going to go? What a great way to get a start up on your day as you wait for it to unfold. Reading for a close friend or family is another way of honing your talents. Once you learn to read for other people and you feel more confident, you can be so popular at parties and gatherings, you probably won’t have time to scratch yourself. For more information on any of the tarot, my Ebook -Learning the Tarot is available at TAROT LEARNING EBOOK or to book in mytarot course
In my next article I will briefly delve into the cards more, meanings and spreads. So please if you have never thought of trying the tarot or haven’t pulled them out for a while, give them a go and I sure you will be pleasantly surprised.
In this part I will delve more closely into the individual parts of the tarot. These notes are based on the common Rider Waite tarot pack with a total of 78 cards. The breakdown of the pack goes as follows:
I will focus on the minor Arcana and what they mean to the pack as a whole. The minor Arcana are the babies of the pack, these cards represent our day to day activities. It is believed the common 52 card pack that people play poker and such were originally from the tarot pack. As with the common cards the tarot has four different suits and start from the Ace's and goes up to the 10’s. In the next issue we will speak of the Court cards. In fact you can use the common 52 card pack to read for people once you get used to the suits but I feel you get more information from the tarot. I am going to talk about the four different suits in the tarot now. The suits are the Wands, Cups, Swords, and Pentacles. These four suits represents different energy in their respective areas.
Wands: The Wands energy represents a fire sign, bringing strength and energy to a situation. These can be representative of activity, projects, and sports. They can have a connection in relation to career or business but can also represent struggle in difficult times. In the negative such things as laziness and lack of vigour and integrity may be present.
Cups: The Cups symbol represents a water sign, is connected with emotions and feelings, but also can show love and joy. Family, friends, and lovers can be represented in this suit. More often than not these cards symbolize positive attributes. In the negative, jealousy, hate and not being settled in the emotional plane, are common aspects.
Swords: The Swords, an air sign, represents thought, struggle, and anger. They can also represent conflict, trials and tribulations and losses. The Swords can tend to be a negative card mainly. The positive side of this is that in order to fix the problem you need to know what it is or what’s stopping you from moving forward.
Pentacles: The Pentacles is an earth energy, primarily concerned with money, resources, work, financial and physical interests. Inheritance, unexpected windfalls and legal matters concerning money can also be represented. On the opposite side, negative things such as lack of employment, misuse of money and resources, or greed could be shown.
Comparing To Poker Pack: When comparing a Rider Waite pack to a deck of playing cards, Wands is the Club's, Cups are the Hearts, Swords are the Spades, and lastly the Pentacles are represented by the Diamonds. So you can see by comparing the different decks, what the energies will be in the ordinary 52 card pack.
Minor Arcana: As already stated, each suit in the tarot, starts with an ace and finishes with a king. In this part we will only deal with the cards from ace to ten. This is where a little knowledge of numerology will help you. Basic numerology runs in cycles from 1 to 9, where 1 is the start and 9 is the ending. The tarot is very similar but it goes 1 more to 10, ten being representative of the end of a cycle or the abundance of the energy and power of the suit. Listed below are some of the links between numerology and the Tarot.
Ace
If you use these numbers with the energy of the suits, it will give you an idea of the meaning of a particular card. For example the ace of Cups is all about new love or an emotional start. This is just a small example how you can work out the meaning of the cards with some basic knowledge. The last things I would like to speak about is the colouring of the cards. Each colour in the card represents an energy that can help identify the meaning. For example, a card that is primarily black represents negative energy or negative thought patterns. Below is a quick index of the colours with their meanings.
So you see if you combine just these two aspects, the colour and the numerology of the cards, it will go a long way towards understanding the primary meaning of a card. For more information on any of the tarot, my Ebook -Learning the Tarot is available at TAROT LEARNING EBOOK or if you like to learn through my instructional courses click here In the next part I will talk about the court cards, so until then, get out the cards and see how the colours and numbers tell a story.
For those that haven’t heard anything about numerology, I will start with a short introduction. Numerology in one form or another has been around for thousands of years and generally runs on a cycle of 1 to 9. It a subject that I find works well for mein psychic readings and with the addition of the person’s sun sign adds another layer to that person’s general character traits and tendencies in life. Life path numbers are a sum of all of numbers in our birth date added together and are the traits that we carry through life. With life path numbers they range from 1 through to 9.Masters numbers are double digits such as 11/2, 22/3, 33/6, 44/8. Master numbers are harder to work with and come with big respond ability for the individual with dual lessons to obtain. Master Numbers is the soul working harder with greater difficulty and hopefully in a bigger sense for helping humanity. For each life path number I will give a few general personality traits. Let’s now take a look at them:
Remember there are positive and negative traits: hopefully we have more good than bad.
How do you find your life path Number? That is easy. Add up your date of birth as in these example.
Sue was born on the 7.1.1966 by adding 7+1+1+9+6+6 you get 30 which you add together and keep reducing it to a single digit, except in case of master numbers. So 30 is 3+0 =3. So Sue life Path is a 3.
Tom’s date of birth is 7.8.1985. So to work out his life path we add all the digits together again.
7+8+1+9+8+5 =38, 38 reduced is 3+8=11. So Tom is a master number 38/11/2.
Interesting in one week not to long ago, I read for 2 -11/2, 2 – 33/6 and 2 – 44/8 master numbers. The last one is extremely rare. Next time I will explore the year vibrations in numerology. If you want to find out more about numerology click on this link
In numerology your personal current year vibration relates to you from birthday to birthday. Some numerologist may say it’s from the start of the year, but I feel that with each individual it should run from their birthday. This would be their general starting and finishing point in the year for their vibration. Numerology year vibrations run from Year 1 to Year 9 and continues in this cycle till you leave this planet. Every year has a different vibration or feel to it. 1 Years have to do with beginnings and 9 Years about endings. If you think back over your life when things came crashing down around you, relationships broke down and disaster seem to happen all the time, you could have been in a 9 cleansing year. How do we find a personal year vibration from your birthday, it’s really quite easy.
Let’s say Jeff's Birthday is on the 25/3/1989. We add Jeff's day and month of birth together with the current year.25/3/2018 becomes 2+5+3+2+0+1+8 = 21, and add together till you get a single digit 2 + 1 = 3.
Now here is a list of what the years generally represent to us, keep in mind that sometimes people can run a bit later or early than shown. Some people may feel the energy of a 9 year before they are actually in it.
Year vibration number: The energy of your year from birthday to birthday.
Adding your date and month of birthdate to current year
Work out your year vibration and see how that fits into your life now. A very interesting exercise. Also look back on a couple of 9 year vibrations and see what changes happened to you around that time. It is interesting to see the relationship dynamics if you and your partner are in totally different cycles. It can really make it hard or easy, depending on where you both are in the cycles. Hope you have enjoyed this.
These notations explain some of the physical systems that can occur when we develop spiritually and change the frequency of our body to a higher vibration and sensitivity. I sorry not to acknowledge the source as I acquired it third hand, so whoever you are, thank you for your insight. If you are concerned about a physical symptom it is always a good thing to visit your doctor to check out anything that is worrying for you.
Faces or brilliant colours and pictures when eyes are closed.
Amplification of the senses. Increased sensitivity.
8a. Sight: Blurry vision, shimmering objects, seeing glittery particles, auras around people, plants, animals, and objects. Some report seeing formerly opaque objects as transparent. When you close your eyes, you no longer see darkness, but a redness. You may also see geometric shapes vivid -- the sky might look teal or the grass an amazing green. Often I see grids running across the ground. As you become more sensitive, you may see shapes or outlines in the air, especially when the room is almost dark. When your eyes are open or closed, you may see white shapes in your peripheral vision (these are your guides).
Advice: Your vision is changing in many ways -- you are experiencing new ways of seeing. Be patient. Whatever you do, do not be afraid. Hazy vision may be relieved by yawning.
8b. Hearing: Increased or decreased hearing. I once thought I would have to pull off the road because of the painfully amplified sound of my tires on the freeway. Other symptoms are hearing white noise in the head, beeps, tones, music or electronic patterns. Some hear water rushing, bees buzzing, whooshing, roaring or ringing. Others have what is called audio dyslexia-- you can't always make out what people are saying, as if you can no longer translate your own language. Some hear strange voices in their dreams, as if someone is hovering near them. You can either ask the presence(s) to leave or ask Archangel Michael to take care of the situation. Again, there is nothing to fear. Advice: Surrender to it. Let it come through. Listen. Your ears are adjusting to new frequencies.
8c. Enhanced senses of smell, touch, and/or taste. I notice I can now smell and taste chemical additives in some foods in a rather unpleasant manner. Other food may taste absolutely wonderful. For some people, these enhancements are both delightful and distracting. You might even smell the fragrance of flowers now and then. Many of the mystics did. Enjoy it.
Reiki or spiritual healing is a non-invasive way to move energy around and through the body, to enable healing on both emotional and physical levels. Like anything in healing, the person has to be open to it and give permission to allow the energy or life force to flow. Reiki has several different branches or types, but for me the most important aspect should be good intent for the person being healed. Often you can find a small spiritual groups near you that might come together for reiki/ spiritual healing night regularly. It is a great way to find out and learn this valuable healing tool. Yoga and other traditions teach we have at least two main bodies, one physical and tangible and another’s unseen energy or energetic. Along both we have seven main chakra's (spinning wheels in Indian Sanskrit). There are of course many minor ones especially in the hands and feet. Energy healers often use their hands to move energy through their client’s bodies. Most new age followers agree on the seven main chakras in the body. Picture them as turning twisting cones of energy with the index or point of the cone both at front and back on the body extending outwards from both sides. Now let’s go through the main chakras one at a time.
Most people have these charkas running out of balance and just going through the motions for a lot of their lives. For those with the knowledge and dedication, an out of balance spinning chakra can be corrected and realigned to bring our lives back into harmony and balance. Think of a car speeding down the hi-way with one wheel out of balance, not a safe thought, and then picture four wheels out of balance fighting each other down the hi-way of life. Not a nice picture is it, yet this is how most run through life. In spiritual healing and other modalities, chakras can be brought back into balance. With practice and intent you can learn how to realign yourself when needed. Reasons for unbalance in the chakras can be as simple as not being able to express yourself when the boss yells at you for something you haven’t done. You want to tell him he's an idiot and it’s not your fault but you’re afraid to lose your job. By this simple incident a number of your chakras can become unbalance, primarily the throat, base and solar plexus. The throat because you can’t express yourself, the base because of fear of losing your job and with the solar plexus your self-confidence and ego suffers. Another example is a person rejected by a long-time lover for someone else. Here again a number of chakras will be out of balance and not spinning correctly and blocked, primarily the heart. So hopefully you can understand why the unseen chakras can affect all of us all in many different ways. For booking a realignment of your chakras please click on this link

A Sharman has been called a medicine man or woman and they use an ancient knowledge and skill to provide physical and spiritual care to their village. Sharman’s are usually trained from an early age with special bush medicines to connect with nature and mother earth in a unique way. They are one the first natural (doctors) of the physical and spiritual bodies. They work with energy and visions through meditation and drinking various natural medicines “such as Ayahuasca vine mixed with other leaves and heated and cooked to make a hallucinative soup”. It is said that drinking Ayahuasca connects you to mother earth and the universe as well as bringing out all our buried emotions and thoughts from which we do so much self-harm in our body. Such vine medicine can said to be a cleansing or purifying medium which in turn releases our demons and then our psychical aliments. The taking of the medicine is only part of the journey, usually the shaman sings and waves feathers or rattles to help with the healing. After this, the journey usually becomes solo with self-reflection and self-exploring. Purging from both ends is common and it is as if the illness and black dark energy that we been with holding in us for years comes spewing forth. Many people report after the event, that a lot of their fears and anxieties have gone and they feel at peace with the world. It is said that is truly about accepting the medicine and not fighting it. Sharman’s usually perform the rituals at night in darkness with drumming, singing, fasting and dancing all involved. Darkness by itself will bring on fears to many people. Shaman’s have the ability to sense the source of any discomfort or illness and allow it to move with the natural medicines help to start the healing. The shaman’s are also the protectors of the village as well as the country and lands of their fore fathers. Often many westerners claim to be Sharman with all the knowledge and ability that comes with it. It is commonly thought to be offensive to the native Sharman who have trained and practiced since an early age to be selected and trained in this valuable spiritual and psychical part of village life. I leave it up to you to decide the case. Drinking of Ayahuasca is illegal in Australia and many other countries.

Kirlian Cameras are sometimes advertised as being able to take aura colour photographs of the body and as well as inert objects such as leaves. The truth is not quite that simple. The photo is not of a true aura but an electronic representation of one. Let me try and explain. The human body generates an electromagnetic field as well as light, sound, heat and a gravitational field. (E.E.G machines for your heart health for example, measure the electromagnetic field of the heart.) The electro-magnetic field surrounding the body is also called an aura. The aura or Kirilian camera does not directly take a picture of the aura, but translates the frequency and field to a computer generated set of colour or colours. In other words a translation of your aura from a machine to something our eyes will recognise. The visible light spectrum that most of us can see is a combination of many primary colours, these are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet. Our body aura and personality change when our physical, emotional, or mental situation do. Many of the psychic fair cameras only take the head and shoulder regions of our body which will have a lot to do with our emotions and thoughts at that time of our life. Colours are representative of our main concerns at the time of the camera shot. What position the colours land around our body will indicate what each part in us feels, for example in broken bones or diseases, the physical indications of stress or trauma can show. Outside influences such as other people and situations can also change our aura. The auras of two beings that like or love each other will mix while the auras of two who dislike the other will repel each other. There are the seven primary colours which can also mix into millions of different shades and blends, just as we used to mix paint colours at school, the camera can do the same. In the main, most people will show one main colour predominately with some minor shades. The reason auras are hard for most humans to see are they range just outside our normal range of vision. Certain people are gifted or trained to be able to see auras naturally. They have the wonderful ability to see people in a different way than most of us. I know of one such gifted psychic who has the knowledge and wisdom that helps many people whom he reads for. His main visual sense to see the persons aura, help him in diagnosing clients to guide them in the areas they need. Vinny is truly a gifted healer. Below is a quick index of the emotional differences in colours shown from the camera.
